New image of Tierra Atomizada

The year 2011 will culminate in a new image for Tierra Atomizada. Our traditional brand has a lot of memories for local clients, that’s why we have decided to maintain, and renew at the same time.  

Rafael Sáez, General Director of Tierra Atomizada, explains to us why this is the moment to launch a new corporate identity.  

Tierra Atomizada is a company which has been in the market since 1988, entirely aimed at the local ceramic sector.  With the passing of time, companies and their image should be renewed and updated. The decision is accompanied by a new management team, a new vision, as well as a reinforcement of our value system.

The management Group started at the beginning of 2011 the implantation of a system of continuous improvement, for the improvement of each and every one of the areas of corporate responsibility, from safety, to quality and production, as well as R + D + i.

With the implantation of this system, our main objectives are:

  • To improve and maintain quality standards.  
  • To improve the efficiency of operations and achieve cost reductions quickly.
  • To strengthen the management system, so that the improvements achieved are sustainable over time.  
  • Above all, to achieve the involvement of all employees in the actions to improve the process.  

My personal opinion is that implication is an active process which starts with each one of us.  As executive, understanding what makes us participate and how we can get others to get involved is the way to achieve objectives and work in a happy atmosphere.
